About

I am Paul Herring, living in Texas. I have a deep love for reading, especially books on leadership and personal growth, Recently I read “Why Leaders Fall: A Journey Through The Redwoods” by Robert N. Tullar’s offers a profound exploration of leadership and its vulnerabilities. Using the enduring strength of the redwoods as metaphor, Tullar reveals how pride, poor judgment, and lack of awareness can lead to downfall. Blending vivid storytelling with practical insights, this work provides timeless lessons in resilience, humility, and growth for leaders at every stage.
