About

AcktivateYOU is a holistic coaching platform founded by Shloak, designed to help individuals unlock their full potential by aligning mind, body, and spirit. Through personalized sessions, the platform offers career, relationship, health, and spiritual coaching, blending meaningful conversations with practical tools, yogic practices, and mindset support. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, AcktivateYOU creates customized journeys tailored to each person’s needs, gently challenging limiting beliefs while nurturing self-trust and clarity. The coaching experience centers around a compassionate partnership—guiding you to ask the right questions, set powerful goals, and build lasting habits rooted in wellness. With flexible online and in-person sessions, the aim is to help people move from confusion to confident action, experience greater balance, and live with purpose.
