pvc film making machine supply has good physical and mechanical properties and excellent insulation properties, and insulating rubber pads will be used in the power distribution room. What is the thickness standard of pvc film making machine supply?
The low voltage of the distribution room is below 500v, and the thickness of pvc film making machine supply is 5mm.
Power distribution room voltage 10kv, pvc film making machine supply thickness selection 8mm;
The voltage of the power distribution room is 35kv, and the thickness of the pvc film making machine supply is 12mm.
Precautions for laying rubber insulation pads in the power distribution room
1. Before laying the insulating rubber pad, clean the ground to ensure that the surface is clean and smooth.
2. When laying insulation rubber MATS, splice them as required to avoid gaps to ensure insulation performance.
3. The edge of the insulating rubber pad should be tight to the corner and the floor objects such as the bench and the cabinet, and the gap should be sealed with strips.
4. After the insulation rubber pad is laid, use the insulation resistance tester to test the insulation, and keep the test record.
