Rangers are out of European football for this season after a 2-0 defeat at home to Markus Babbels VFB Sttutgart. I attended the match and I must admit it was one of the worst football matches I have ever seen. Rangers lacked guile, leadership, aggre sion and pretty the basic ability to pa s a ball and move. Stuttgart could have easily had 5 or 6 tonight Rodions Kurucs Jersey , but for an outstanding performance from Allan McGregor, he saved Rangers.Walter Smith went for a bizarre and baffling 3-4-3 formation, with Kris Boyd, Kyle Lafferty and Kenny Miller spear-heading the attack. To my amazement at times, Rangers had 5 Garrett Temple Jersey and 6 players acro s their backline, sometimes Kenny Miller appeared at right-back, which I couldnt understand at all. Smith, then changed to 4-4-2, with no width, no creativity and no forward thinking at all.Stuttgart took the lead Jordan Bowden Jersey after 15 minutes, when Boka danced by the awful Steven Whittaker, to set up Aleksandr Hleb who cut the ball back and Sebastian Rudy managed to slot the ball past Allan McGregor and kill of the Ibrox clubs dream of European succe s.Kris Boyd, who has been in top form recentley, had an absolutley great chance for Rangers in the first-half when Kenny Millers quick and tantalising cro s was met by Boyd from just a few yards out and he somehow managed to fire the ball over the cro s bar with the goal gaping and Lehmann beaten.Just before the hour mark, Zdravko Kuzmanovic Tyler Johnson Jersey scored the Germans second when he bulleted a header into the top corner after the Rangers defence was stretched. In the end, Stuttgart had a number of shots at goal and Id be here all day describing them Allan McGregor was in red-hot form for Rangers and has proven why he is one of the best goalkeepers in Britain If he played for Man Utd hed be the best in Europe!Big well- Taurean Prince Jersey done to Danny Wilson, a 17-year old who had a Ru sian International striker in his back pocket.
