If you really want to make an impact in Arc Raiders, you have to stop hanging back for scraps. Playing it safe only gets you so far, and the real wins come when you control the fight. For me, that starts with gear – something quick, flexible, and deadly. The ARC Raiders Items that I rely on are built around the Combat Mk.3 Augment. It’s a solid mix of shield strength, health regen, and extra utility for constant pressure. I run a Medium Shield because it’s light enough to keep me mobile and recharges fast, but still offers decent cover. My primary is a Bettina AR with a stabilizer and extended mag for smooth shooting mid-range, and when it gets tight, I switch to the Bobcat SMG – basically no recoil, perfect for pushing in hard. I always pack shield rechargers, a couple of vita shots, and heavy fuze grenades to rip through enemy cover or shields before they can react. Moving Like You Mean It Movement’s the difference between surviving and getting deleted. Stand still, and you’re done. You’ve gotta stay unpredictable. One trick I use all the time is the jump-slide weapon swap. I’ll jump, start swapping mid-air, and slide in – by the time I hit the ground, I’m aimed in a different direction with the other gun out. Completely throws people off. Sometimes I’ll follow it with a quick sideways roll to make tracking me even harder. Another favourite – grenade drop slide. If someone’s chasing me, I’ll slide forward, drop a grenade under me, then dodge out. They usually run straight into it. Binding dodge roll to a mouse side button makes all this way smoother because you’re not trying to fumble on the keyboard during chaos. And yeah, sprint with your weapon holstered when moving between points; you can pull it out mid-run and hit the fight even faster. Keeping Pressure in a Fight Once you’re in, you never let up. If you break their shield, you push instantly – don’t give them time to heal or hide. Grenades are your best friend here: flush them out and finish the job. One thing I don’t see enough people doing – heal your health first, then mess with shields. Shields help, sure, but they won’t save you from a sniper round if your actual HP is low. And don’t forget the map’s hazards: dragging enemies near ARC nests and tossing a lure grenade can turn the bots into an extra gun on your side. In messy three-squad fights, ignore the urge to hit everyone. Pick one team, smash them, then reset before dealing with the rest. After every scrap, I’ve got a quick 20-second routine – heal up, recharge shields, then scan the area before looting. That keeps me from getting ambushed mid-loot. Honestly, it’s the small habits that give you the edge, especially when stacking loot from ARC Raiders Items for sale into your kit for the next fight. This way, you’re always ready for whatever’s coming, instead of scrambling when it’s too late. If you’re all about turning Arc Raiders into your own highlight reel, u4gm’s got your back with the gear that lets you play hard and extract harder.
